Instant Karma

Last updated: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the apps published by Premitivekey (“Premitivekey”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including the game Instant Karma (the “app”), handle information, and your choices. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. By using the app you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The short version

01Information stored only on your device

The app saves the following on your device using standard app storage; it does not leave your device through us:

On Android, this data may be included in your device’s Android Auto Backup to your own Google account so it survives reinstalling the app. That backup is controlled by you and Google — not by us — and we cannot read it.

02Anonymous analytics (Google Firebase Analytics)

To understand how many people play and how the app is used, we collect aggregated, anonymous usage events such as: a game starting; a game ending (with score, duration, and other in-game counters); a record being broken; in-game rewards; when an out-of-items screen or a rewarded ad is shown or completed; when a share button is tapped; and acceptance of the terms. These events are not tied to your identity and are used only in aggregate. Analytics is enabled by default (opt-out) and collects only anonymous data; you can turn it off at any time in the app’s Settings. Events queue on your device while offline and sync later, so offline play is never interrupted.

03Crash diagnostics (Google Firebase Crashlytics)

If the app crashes, we collect a crash report containing the technical stack trace and basic device information (such as device model and operating-system version) so we can fix the bug. Crash reports are not used to identify you and do not contain personal data, and crash reporting is enabled by default (opt-out), so you can turn it off at any time in the app’s Settings.

04Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and offline-first. We show a rewarded video ad only when you actively choose to watch one to earn in-game items. We never show forced or interruptive ads during normal gameplay, and you can keep playing for free offline without watching ads.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may process device identifiers (such as an advertising ID) and similar information in accordance with Google’s Advertising Privacy terms. These third parties act as independent controllers of the data they process for advertising; Premitivekey does not control and is not responsible for their practices or for the content of any ad. On iOS, tracking is governed by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt — see Section 5, Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS). In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent via Google’s consent prompt (UMP) before personalised ads are used.

05Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

This section applies to iOS only. When you first open the app on an iPhone or iPad, the app may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

If you allow tracking, your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used by Google AdMob and its partners to show personalised ads. If you decline, the IDFA is not used for this purpose and you will only see non-personalised ads. You can change this choice at any time in your device’s iOS settings. This does not affect the anonymous analytics and crash reporting described above.

06Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect or process: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, calendar, microphone or camera input, or precise (GPS) location. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not ourselves build advertising profiles about you.

07Your choices and consent

Anonymous analytics and crash reporting are enabled by default (opt-out) and collect only anonymous data. You can turn either or both off at any time in the app’s Settings (pause screen → Privacy), or by uninstalling the app.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we request your consent through Google’s consent prompt (UMP) before any personalised advertising or personalised use of your data; until you grant it, personalised ad features stay off.

On iOS, personalised advertising also depends on your Apple App Tracking Transparency choice (Section 5). Tapping “Play” on the first-launch screen is how you accept our Terms and this Policy (clickwrap acceptance).

08Your rights and how to exercise them

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold any data that identifies you, the most direct and complete way to remove all on-device data is to uninstall the app. For anything further, contact us at the address below; we will respond as required by applicable law. To exercise rights over data held by Google (Firebase/AdMob), you can also use the controls in your Google account and device settings.

09Data retention and security

10International transfers

Our providers (Google) may process data on servers outside your country, including in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

11Children

The app is intended for general audiences and for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12Reminder notifications

The app can show local reminder notifications (gentle nudges to come back and play). These are scheduled and generated entirely on your device — they are not push notifications, involve no server, and carry no personal data. The reminder text is built into the app. You can turn reminders off at any time from the in-app settings (the pause screen) or from your device’s notification settings, and uninstalling the app cancels them. On Android 13 and later the app asks for notification permission first; if you decline, no reminders are shown.

13Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and material changes will be reflected here. Your continued use of the app after changes means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
